Why was my Pin-Up account not approved?

Your Pin up, account may not be approved if your details are incomplete, wrong, or not verified.

Common reasons and what to do:

1. Incorrect personal data – Check your full name, date of birth, address and make sure they match your NID/passport or driving licence.
2. Unverified email or phone – Open your email/SMS and click the confirmation link/code sent by Pin-Up.
3. Missing KYC documents – Upload clear photos of your ID and, if asked, a selfie with the ID and a proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, etc.).
4. Under legal age – If you are under the legal age for casino, your account cannot be approved.

If everything is correct but still not approved after some hours, contact support via live chat or email and ask for the reason and next steps.
