Why is the Pin-Up app not working?

If your Pin up, app is not opening or loading, usually it’s a small technical issue you can fix yourself.

Try these steps:

Check internet – Make sure mobile data or Wi‑Fi is stable. Try opening another site or casino app.
Restart the app – Close the app completely from recent apps and open again.
Update the app – Go to the official Pin-Up download page and install the latest version.
Clear cache – In your phone settings > Apps > Pin-Up > Storage > Clear cache (not data if you don’t want to log in again).
Use VPN if blocked – If the site is not opening in Bangladesh, try a reliable VPN.
Reinstall – Uninstall the app, download again from the official source, install, then log in.
