How can I cancel a bet or transaction on Pin-Up?
You normally cannot cancel a confirmed bet on Pin up, but you may adjust or cash out if the option is available.
To check or try to change a bet:
- Log in to your Pin-Up account.
- Go to “My Bets” / “Bet History” in the sports or casino, section.
- Find the specific bet or transaction you want to change.
- If Cash Out or Edit Bet is shown, follow the on-screen steps and confirm.
- For pending deposits or withdrawals, open “Cashier” / “Balance”, check transaction status, and cancel only if the “Cancel” button is visible.
If there is no cancel option, the bet/transaction can’t be reversed. In that case, contact Support via live chat or email, give your bet or transaction ID, and they will check if anything can still be done.
