Can I have multiple accounts at Pin-Up?

You are not allowed to have multiple accounts at Pin up, only one account per person is permitted.

If you already registered before, do this instead of creating a new profile:

1. Forgot password:

   • Go to the Pin-Up website or casino app.
   • Click “Log in” then “Forgot password?”.
   • Reset via email or phone and log in to your old account.

2. If you opened 2nd account by mistake:

   • Contact Support via live chat or email.
   • Explain the situation and ask them to close the extra account.

3. Use real data only:

   • Same name, phone, email, IP with more than one account can lead to blocking and loss of bonuses.

Tip: Always use your first account and update your phone, email or documents there if needed, instead of opening a new one.
