How do self-exclusion limits work?
Self-exclusion limits on Pin up, help you take a break from betting or casino games if you feel you need control.

- Go to your profile/account settings after logging in.
- Open the “Responsible Gaming” / “Self-Exclusion” section.
- Choose a period – for example 24 hours, 7 days, 1 month, 6 months or longer.
- Confirm your choice. Your account will be blocked for betting and casino use during that time.
During self-exclusion, you cannot place bets, play casino, or usually deposit. In many cases you must wait until the selected period ends; support may not remove it earlier.
