Why is my bet unsettled in Pin-Up?

If your bet shows as “unsettled” in Pin up, it usually means the event is not finished or the result is not confirmed yet.

Check it this way:

1. Open your bet history or My bets section in the casino or sportsbook.
2. Find the unsettled bet and check the match status (live, finished, postponed, cancelled).
3. If the game is still live or under review (VAR, technical issue, etc.), wait until the final official result.
4. If the match is finished for a long time (e.g. over 1–2 hours) but the bet is still unsettled, contact support via live chat or email with your bet ID.

Note: Bets can also stay unsettled longer if the event is postponed, voided, or has special markets that need manual checking by the bookmaker.
